1969-1974 Teams 

The Grand Ledge Varsity Football teams dominated the West Central Conference under Coach John Krupa, particularly from 1969-1974 where they won the league 6 straight years. The 2nd longest win streak (1940-1941), the 2nd longest conference win streak (2014-2016), and still the longest streak of league titles in school history came from this stretch. It culminated with a 14 game conference win streak from 1972-1974, and a 14 game win streak overall between the final 2 teams in 1973 & 1974. The 1973 team was particularly noteworthy as they would go 9-0 for the first time in school history.
