1994 Team

The 1994 Grand Ledge football team was the 2nd team in school history to qualify for the playoffs (fewer teams qualified at this time, even 8-1 teams were left out like GL in 1991). They beat East Lansing, who beat Sexton, and Sexton beat GL resulting in a 3-way tie for the CAC title. They would beat East Kentwood 1st round of the Class AA playoffs before losing to Bay City Central in the regional final. Bay City Central went on to be Class AA State Runner-Ups. This would be GL's 2nd regional final appearance ever and 2nd in 3 years (1992).
