The 2015 team would become the 5th 9-0 team in school history (1973, 1992, 2008, 2010), the 6th to win a district title / make a regional title appearance, and only the 2nd to win a regional title en route to a semifinal birth. They would fall in the Final Four to the eventual D1 State Champs, Romeo.

Highlights of the regular season ONLY from the 2015 team. Playoff games are below!
Opening round of the 2015 MHSAA D1 playoffs. Grand Ledge hosted Howell, winning 34-2 to advance to a 2nd straight district title game. Grand Ledge lost on a walk-off field goal to East Kentwood in the 2014 district title game.
The 2015 district championship game. The game was played at home against a 9-1 Brighton squad. Grand Ledge would dominate to win their 1st district title in 10 years (2005).
Highlights from the 2015 D1 Regional Title game at home against the OK-Red champs, Rockford. Rockford had previously beaten Grand Ledge in the district championship game of the 2011 playoffs. In this rematch, Grand Ledge was losing 16-3 at the start of the 4th quarter and scored 33 4th quarter points to win 36-16! Only the 2nd regional title in school history (2000)!
The 2015 team would fall in the state semifinals to the eventual 2015 D1 State Champs, Romeo. The game was played at Brighton, and was noteworthy for being one of the only semifinal games to not be rescheduled to Sunday as a massive blizzard covered the entire state and lasted for the duration of the game!
