As long as the CAC / CAAC Blue has existed (since 1975), there has NEVER been more than a 3-way tie for the league title...except 2011. A historic season for the conference as 4 of the 8 teams finished 5-2 in a 4-way tie for the league title (never happened before and has not happened since as of 2024). It is also the only year before or since that FIVE teams from the conference qualified for the playoffs. The league would further show off how competitive it was with 4 of the 5 winning their first round playoff game. Unfortunately, only East Lansing would go on to win a district title.
